CENTRAL YORK- William & Mary junior Dani Rutter (Central York) was named to the Colonial Athletic Association second team in women's soccer.

Rutter, a 5-foot-8 midfielder, had seven goals and three assists for 17 points, the goals second best on the team and the points third.

She had two game-winners.

The Pride finished 14-5-1 and had an 8-2-0 record in CAA play but saw the season end with a loss to Hofstra in the league semifinals.

That game ended 0-0 but William & Mary lost on penalty kicks 4-2.

Rutter had one of her team's penalty goals.
