Members of the York County Drug Task Force arrested a man in mid-October in Spring Garden Township who told police he was a real estate agent and that business had been slow.

York City Police Detective First Class Andrew Shaffer said Darvi Emenheiser, 55, of the 2700 block of Heather Drive, York Township, bought cocaine from Alexis Matarrita, 50, of the 100 block of South Penn Street, York. Police arrested the men in the 1100 block of Edgar Street.

Emenheiser was driving a limousine, Shaffer said.

Shaffer said based on the amount of cocaine Emenheiser bought, "Our belief is that he was going to re-sell it and not use it."

Aside from the limousine-real estate agent factor, the ages of the two men also made the arrest a little bit different, Shaffer said.

"It's a little unusual for someone that age to be selling -- either one of them," he said.

Emenheiser was charged with possession with the intent to deliver cocaine. Matarrita was charged with delivery of cocaine. Seized were $700 in cocaine and $155 in cash.
