9:29 a.m. A disturbance involving a dispute between two neighbors was reported in the first block of Sprenkle Avenue.

10:47 a.m. Harassment occurring between two juveniles was reported in the 300 block of Keagy Avenue.

11:45 a.m. One car was towed but no injuries were reported following an accident at East Chestnut Street and North Railroad Street. A 2009 Toyota Corolla operated by Shannon Burkhart of Littlestown collided with a 2005 Mercedes Benz, operated by Serena Chou of Harrisburg.

1:06 p.m. Retail theft was reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive where a male shoplifted several items and fled the store prior to police arrival.

2:02 p.m. Fraud involving the misuse of a credit card was reported in the 300 block of East Hanover Street.

3:45 p.m. Theft of money was reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

3:56 p.m. Harassment and disorderly conduct charges are pending against a 54-year-old Hanover man, and a 48-year-old Hanover woman following a domestic altercation in the 300 block of Eisenhower Drive.

4:02 p.m. A residential burglary was reported in the first block of Young Circle where a video game system was stolen.

6:45 p.m. Robert Martin Jr., 27, of Hamburg, N.J., and Kevin Bell, 31, of Bronx, N.Y., were both arrested and charged with criminal conspiracy and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance following an incident in the 100 block of East Middle Street. Martin and Bell were both turned over to the York County Sheriff's Department for transport to Central Booking. Similar charges are pending against a 54-year-old Hanover woman.

6:57 p.m. A disturbance involving a disorderly male and a female was reported in the 100 block of Gail Street. Both were located and warned.

8:27 p.m. An accident that involved only a minor injury and no towing was reported in the 300 block of Broadway. A Hanover female juvenile was riding a scooter and attempted to cross the street when she entered the roadway in front of a 2010 Toyota Camry operated by Charles Clark of Hanover.

9:15 p.m. A public drunkenness charge is pending against a 50-year-old Hanover woman while a harassment charge is pending against a 29-year-old Hanover woman following a disturbance reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

9:21 p.m. Theft of a liquor bottle was reported at a business in the 300 block of North Franklin Street.

9:40 p.m. A missing person report in the 700 block of Carlisle Street involved a 10-year-old female who ran away from home. She was later located by police and returned to her residence.

9:48 p.m. A suspicious person thought to be intoxicated and walking in the 200 block of Centennial Avenue was not located.

12:02 a.m. Suspicious circumstances were reported at a residence in the 200 block of Ruth Avenue where a resident thought someone may have entered the home earlier in the day. When police arrived everything checked out OK.

12:45 a.m. A domestic argument between a man and woman was reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

12:46 a.m. David W. Brown, 52, of Hanover, was arrested following a traffic stop in the 900 block of Carlisle Street and charged with driving under the influence. He was turned over to the York County Sheriff's Department for further disposition at Central Booking.

1:03 a.m. A harassment charge is pending against a 19-year-old Hanover man following a domestic altercation with a female in the 200 block of Second Avenue.

3:49 a.m. A disorderly conduct charge is pending against a 50-year-old Hanover woman following a disturbance in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

1:54 p.m. A retail theft charge is pending against a 30-year-old Rhode Island man and a 43-year-old Hanover woman following a shoplifting incident reported in the 400 block of Carlisle Street.

1:56 p.m. Criminal trespass was reported at a residence in the 300 block of North Franklin Street.

1:56 p.m. A criminal trespass charge is pending against a 50-year-old Hanover woman following an incident at a residence in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

5:29 p.m. A disturbance involving a dispute between several people was reported on the first block of Center Square.

7:12 p.m. A domestic argument between a mother and daughter was reported in the first block of Allegheny Avenue.

7:45 p.m. Suspicious circumstances reported in the 300 block of Highland Avenue involved two people sitting in a vehicle. The vehicle and occupants were located and checked out OK.

8:40 p.m. A suspicious person loitering on private property in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive was not located.

10:12 p.m. A domestic argument between a male and female was reported in the 200 block of Carlisle Street.

10:58 p.m. A harassment charge is pending against a 28-year-old Hanover woman following a domestic dispute with a male in the 200 block of Carlisle Street.

11:12 p.m. Criminal trespass was reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive where several people were found loitering on private property.

1:52 a.m. A driving under the influence charge is pending against a 25-year-old Hanover man following an incident in the 100 block of Broadway.

2:27 a.m. Suspicious circumstances were reported in the first block of Third Street where a resident heard voices outside the residence. Nothing was found when police arrived.

8:33 a.m. A domestic argument between a man and woman was reported in the 400 block of Baltimore Street.

10:01 a.m. Criminal mischief was reported in the 100 block of Pleasant Street where the tire on a parked car was cut overnight.

2:49 p.m. A disturbance involving a verbal argument between neighbors was reported in the first block of Third Street.

7:14 p.m. Criminal mischief was reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive where a parked vehicle was scratched.

8:19 p.m. A disturbance involving a verbal argument between neighbors was reported in the 100 block of McAllister Street.

8:56 p.m. Suspicious circumstances were reported in the 600 block of Carlisle Street where a male who was loitering on private property was gone prior to police arriving.

10:05 p.m. Suspicious circumstances were reported in the 800 block of Blossom Drive where a male was rummaging through a dumpster. The male was located and everything appeared to be OK.

12:53 a.m. Suspicious circumstances were reported in the 100 block of Park Avenue where a resident heard noises outside the residence. A check of the area determined everything was OK.

2:48 a.m. Criminal mischief was reported in the 600 block of Broadway where the windshield of a parked car was damaged.

3:15 p.m. A neighbor dispute was reported in the 500 block of South High Street.

3:44 p.m. Assisted West Manheim Township Police with a possible burglary in progress in the 1300 block of Bankard Road.

4:07 p.m. Checked on the welfare of two people in the first block of Garden Lane who had been involved in a domestic dispute in Hanover Borough.

4:27 p.m. A vehicle fire was reported in the 1400 block of Baltimore Street.

7:10 p.m. Low flying military aircraft were reported in the first block of Wirt Avenue.

7:40 p.m. A complaint of fireworks being set off was received in the 800 block of York Street.

8:08 p.m. A domestic dispute between a husband and wife was reported in the first block of Clover Lane.

11:15 p.m. A 47-year-old male was arrested for punching and kicking his girlfriend in the 200 block of Bankert Road.

12:11 p.m. A 21-year-old female will be charged for cutting another person's ear with a thrown soup can in the 500 block of Baer Avenue.

11:44 p.m. An 18-year-old male was arrested for driving under the influence following a vehicle stop in the 800 block of Baltimore Street and two others face underage drinking charges.

10:53 p.m. Harry E. Stahl, 45, of New Oxford was charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct following a disturbance at McDonald's, 6040 York Road, Hamilton Township. He was transported to Adams County Prison.

4:30 p.m. Jasson Fowler-Kirby, 37, of Gettysburg was charged with public drunkenness following a disturbance in the first block of East Hanover Street, Bonneauville. He was transported to Adams County Prison.

10:15 a.m. A 19-year-old Fairfield man, a 19-year-old Fairfield woman and a 43-year-old Biglerville man all faces simple assault mutual fight charges following a physical confrontation on the roadway in the 300 block of Dug Hill Road, Menallen Township.

11 a.m. Criminal mischief was reported on Jack Road, Franklin Township, where a 1997 Acura Integra was damaged while its owner was fishing.

2:48 a.m. Criminal mischief was reported in the 1200 block of Mount Carmel Road, Franklin Township, where a Sabre riding mower was damaged.
