Craft: Make New Year's Eve mini party hats

Ring in the new year with mini party hats you can download and make yourself.

You will need clear tape, scissors and hair pins or string to wear your hat. The hats can be printed on regular 8-by-10 letter sized paper, or use cardstock to make your hat sturdier.
