7:18 a.m. A domestic dispute between a man and woman was reported in the 200 block of Frederick Street.

4:03 p.m. A neighbor dispute was reported in the 200 block of Frederick Street.

4:52 p.m. A suspicious male loitering outside a business in the 500 block of Baltimore Street checked out OK.

7:51 p.m. Retail theft was reported in the 300 block of York Street where two men shoplifted merchandise.

10:11 p.m. A domestic argument between a man and woman was reported in the area of Doss Alley and West Chestnut Street.

10:16 p.m. A public drunkenness charge is pending against a 46-year-old Hanover woman following a disturbance at a business in the 1000 block of Carlisle Street.

11:15 p.m. No towing or injury resulted from an accident in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive where a 1995 Ford F150 operated by Todd Hicks of East Berlin struck a light pole.

2:37 a.m. Suspicious circumstances reported in the 300 block of Wilson Avenue where a man and woman were loitering outside a business checked out OK.

8:32 a.m. Theft of a lighter from a parked vehicle was reported in the 200 block of Potomac Avenue.

10:12 a.m. Two vehicles were towed and a minor was injury reported following an accident at Carlisle Street and Kuhn Drive. A 2012 Toyota Camry operated by Patricia Kritchen of Hanover collided with a 2006 Jeep Liberty operated by Andrew Roth of New Oxford.

10:35 a.m. Two vehicles were towed and a minor injury was reported following an accident at Eisenhower Drive and Eichelberger Street. A 2008 Honda CRV operated by Betty Brothers of Hanover collided with a 2008 Ford Focus operated by Emily Mingle-Hershberger of Hanover.

4:52 p.m. A burglary was reported at a residence in the first block of Charles Street where prescription medication was taken.

5:03 p.m. Jordan Long, 22, of Hanover was cited for criminal mischief and disorderly conduct following a disturbance in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

7:51 p.m. Retail theft was reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive where two female juveniles shoplifted merchandise.

11:26 p.m. A harassment charge is pending against a 22-year-old Hanover woman following a domestic altercation with a man in the 400 block of Locust Street.

7:27 a.m. A disturbance reported in the 800 block of Blossom Drive involved a parking dispute between two neighbors.

8:23 a.m. Jennifer Elliot, 27, of Hanover was cited for harassment following a domestic altercation with a male in the 200 block of Second Avenue.

12:02 p.m. No towing was required but a minor injury was reported following an accident in the 1400 block of Broadway. A 2005 Ford Focus operated by Jenna Hull of Littlestown collided with a 2001 Mercury Cougar operated by Terry Erb of Thomasville.

2:48 p.m. A domestic argument between a man and woman was reported in the 200 block of Locust Street.

4:11 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 600 block of High Street where a traffic sign was struck by an unknown vehicle.

4:55 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 300 block of North Franklin Street where a parked 2011 Mazda 3 owned by Mary Moran of Hanover was struck by another vehicle which left the scene.

4:59 p.m. A retail theft charge is pending against a 24-year-old Littlestown woman following an incident in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

7:06 p.m. Theft and receiving stolen property charges are pending against a 29-year-old New Oxford man following a purse stolen from a vehicle parked in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

8:39 p.m. A domestic altercation between a man and woman was reported in the 200 block of Third Street.

2:55 a.m. A disorderly person reported in the area of Broadway and Eisenhower Drive was not located.

4:13 a.m. A suspicious male observed loitering around a parked vehicle in the 400 block of Baltimore Street was not located.

2:38 p.m. A 46-year-old female will be cited for harassment in the 500 block of South High Street.

6:29 p.m. Two mountain bikes were reported stolen from the 600 block of Fulton Street. 

8:04 p.m. Juvenile mischief was reported in the 800 block of Hartman Avenue where snowballs were thrown at a residence.

8:49 p.m. Juvenile mischief was reported in the 100 block of Lion Drive where someone was ringing the door bell at a residence.

12:50 a.m. A 24-year-old male was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant in the 1400 block of Grandview Road.

10:37 a.m. Harassment was reported in the 100 block of South Blettner Avenue.

12:45 p.m. Assisted the game commission with a hunting violation in the 500 block of Bankert Road.

1:05 p.m. A domestic dispute between a husband and wife was reported on Stuart Avenue.

2 p.m. One injury was reported and one vehicle was towed following a three-vehicle accident in the 1600 block of Broadway.

2:31 p.m. A domestic dispute between a husband and wife was reported in the 1200 block of Baltimore Street.

12:50 p.m. A scattering rubbish complaint was received in the 1400 block of Baltimore Street where trash was placed in a business dumpster. The violator was located and removed the items.

2:52 p.m. A suspicious person reported walking on Broadway at Beaver Creek Road checked out OK.

5:21 p.m. A suspicious vehicle reported on Sherman Street was not located.

9 p.m. Harassment was reported in the 400 block of Frederick Street.

10:33 p.m. A 36-year-old male was cited for public drunkenness in the 800 block of York Street after he was found staggering in the roadway.

11:04 p.m. A suspicious vehicle reported in the 1400 block of Baltimore Street was not located.

4:40 a.m. A disturbance involving a loud party was reported in the 100 block of Windsor Court.

12:47 p.m. A wallet was reported stolen from a vehicle parked in the 200 block of Westminster Avenue.

6:43 p.m. Assisted York County Children and Youth Services with a child abuse investigation on Baugher Drive.

6:55 p.m. Daniel Ohler, 27, of Fairfield, was injured with the 1999 Crown Victoria he was driving ran off Emmitsburg Road, Freedom Township, and struck a fence post.

Jan. 4

5:20 a.m. A burglary was reported at Bonneauville Diner, 16 E. Hanover St., Bonneauville, where $500 cash was taken from the main cash register and the office overnight.

Jan. 5

3:20 p.m. Criminal mischief was reported in the 1700 block of York Road, Straban Township, where bleach was dumped in the gas tank of a 2005 Hyundai Sonata.

Jan. 6

12:59 a.m. A 24-year-old Littlestown man faced driving under the influence and hit-and-run charges after the Dodge Nitro he was driving crashed in the 100 block of Mehring Road, Union Township, and he fled the scene.

2:45 p.m. A 37-year-old Littlestown male and a 21-year-old Bonneauville female face harassment charges following an altercation in the 4600 block of Baltimore Pike, Littlestown.

3 p.m. A theft was reported at Old Harrisburg Road, Straban Township, where a 41-year-old female reported she gave her purse and jewelry to her daughter for safe keeping prior to being arrested and taken to prison on Nov. 19. The female said her daughter gave her belongings away while she was in prison and the investigation is continuing.

5:51 a.m. responded to an automatic fire alarm in the 1300 block of York Street, Penn Township; 10:14 a.m. responded to a vehicle accident at Carlisle Street and Kuhn Drive; 10:40 a.m. responded to a vehicle accident for debris removal at Eichelberger Street and Eisenhower Drive; 12:50 p.m. assisted Penn Township emergency services with a gas leak in a structure in the first block of Northview Drive; 1:17 p.m. responded to a smoke detector activation in the 300 block of Eisenhower Drive; 7:23 p.m. responded to an odor investigation inside a residence in the 300 block of Grant Drive; and 10:16 p.m. assisted Littlestown Fire Dept. with a building fire.

7:05 a.m. responded to an automatic fire alarm in the 100 block of Philadelphia Street; 7:07 a.m. responded to an automatic fire alarm in the 1100 block of Carlisle Street; 8:07 a.m. responded to an automatic fire alarm in the 1100 block of Carlisle Street; and 6:27 p.m. assisted police in the 200 block of North Franklin Street.
