A Dillsburg man who formerly was a teacher and the head baseball coach at Bermudian Springs High School has been charged criminally for allegedly propositioning a 17-year-old female student for sex in 2011.
Robert Bonner, 39, was charged Thursday with the offenses of endangering the welfare of children and corruption of minors, according to a police criminal complaint.
The alleged victim, a 17-year-old female student, has accused Bonner asking her to have sex with him and his wife, according to the affidavit of probable cause.

The hand-written note said Bonner wanted the victim to have sex with him and his wife and asked if she was interested, according to the affidavit.
Bermudian Springs School District Superintendent Shane Hotchkiss told police that he spoke with Bonner, who admitted to asking the victim to have the threesome, according to the affidavit.
The teen told police that this incident marked the second time Bonner asked her to have sex with him, the affidavit said.
Investigating officer Curtis Whitmoyer said "other things outside of the school building" occurred between Bonner and the student during 2010-11 year. There are no specifics on these other alleged events, he said.
Bonner was also the head coach of the high-school baseball team, Hotchkiss said.
Before coaching at Bermudian, Bonner worked for two years as the assistant coach for the Gettysburg College. He also spent time coaching at Philipsburg Osceola High, near State College.
