The York Chapter of USA Dance is sponsoring its annual dance event, the Spring Fling, April 13 at the Valencia Ballroom, 124 N. George St., York. The event, which promotes ballroom dancing, will be from 5 to 10 p.m. and includes a buffet dinner from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Music will be provided by Studio 5 Productions. The York Chapter will also hold its monthly dance 7 p.m. March 15 at the Alert Fire Company, 3118 N. George St., Manchester Township. The cost is $8 for members and $12 for nonmembers. There is a lesson from 7 to 8 p.m. and will feature instruction in the West Coast Swing by Dave Flowers. Music will be by the Dance Duo DJ. General dancing will take place from 8 to 11 p.m.
