Hanover Hospital Sports Medicine will once again offer a Speed and Agility Camp for student athletes. Sessions are designed to teach participants how to prevent injury through proper speed and agility training, strengthening and conditioning.
The six-week camp will take place June 18 through Aug. 3, Tuesdays from 8:30 to 10 a.m. and Thursdays from 5 to 6:30 p.m., at the Hanover Middle School Practice Fields; and Saturdays from 8:30 to 10 a.m. at the Hanover Medical Fitness Center, 250 Fame Ave., Hanover. Athletes 10 to 18 years old are welcome.
Each participant will receive an opportunity for a pre-participation screening and post-screening/evaluation. Space is limited to a first-come, first-serve basis. Registration runs through mid-July.
