Senior Commons at Powder Mill, 1775 Powder Mill Road, York Township, will hold a Spaghetti Dinner in honor of Spring Grove High School alumnus, Brian Yohe, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Jan. 24, to keep his memory alive.
Brian Yohe, class of 1985, went to school with Melissa Topper, executive director, and Denise Lauer, director of resident life.
They kept in touch and he was very active in attending all of the Senior Commons events the past several years and enjoyed the elderly and supported the community.
Brian recently lost his battle with liver disease and Senior Commons is looking forward to having everyone come together to talk and enjoy each other's company in his honor.
The dinner costs $7 and includes spaghetti with meatballs, salad, garlic bread, dessert and drinks.
All proceeds are donated to Brian Yohe's family to help with medical expenses.
RSVP to Denise Lauer, director of resident life, by Jan. 22, by calling 717-741-0961.
