Feb. 15

9:32 a.m. Theft of an iPad was reported at a business in the 1000 block of Carlisle Street.

12:08 p.m. A disturbance reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street involved a verbal dispute between several people.

12:31 p.m. A suspicious person reported standing along the side of the road soliciting money was located and warned in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

12:34 p.m. Theft of two scooters from the front porch of a residence was reported in the first block of East Middle Street.

6:04 p.m. No injuries were reported but one vehicle was towed following an accident at High and Third streets. A 2009 Nissan Murano operated by Donna Jo Gebhart of Hanover collided with a 2005 Kia Rio operated by Richard Trimmer of East Berlin.

7:05 p.m. A minor injury was reported and a vehicle was towed following an accident on a parking lot in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive. A 1996 Buick Century operated by Joseph Romeo of New Oxford struck a curb and became disabled.

Feb. 16

1:28 a.m. Anna Louise Bell, 18, and Kyle Zinneman, 22, both of Hanover, were cited for harassment following a domestic altercation in the first block of Pine Street.

3:15 a.m. A domestic argument between a man and woman was reported in the 100 block of Baltimore Street.

9:19 a.m. A disturbance reported in the 100 block of Third Street involved a verbal dispute between two neighbors.

A burglary was reported at a business in the 600 block of Broadway where the screen to a window was removed and the building was entered overnight. While there was evidence of some contents being ransacked; nothing was taken.

1:43 p.m. Christopher Scheller Jr., 18, of Hanover, and a 17-year-old Hanover male were both cited for retail theft in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

2:27 p.m. No injuries were reported but two vehicles were towed following an accident in the 100 block of Carlisle Street. A 2002 Honda Passport, operated by Duane Waltimyer of Glen Rock, struck a parked 2008 Honda Accord, owned by Uriel Manzo-Garcia of Abbottstown. Waltimyer's Honda also struck a utility pole owned by Met-Ed and a parking meter owned by the Borough of Hanover.

4:51 p.m. A harassment charge is pending against a 44-year-old Hanover woman following a domestic altercation in the 400 block of Grant Drive.

11:32 p.m. A disturbance reported in the 400 block of Baltimore Street involved loud music playing at an apartment building. The tenant was located and warned.

Feb. 17

1:12 a.m. A disturbance reported at a business in the first block of McKinley Avenue involved several disorderly patrons who left the business before police arrived.

2:09 a.m. A disturbance reported outside a business in the 1000 block of Carlisle Street involved a fight between two women that broke up before police arrived. The women were not located.

2:26 a.m. A charge of driving under the influence is pending against a 24-year-old McSherrystown woman following a traffic stop in the first block of Clearview Road.

9:26 a.m. Criminal mischief was reported in the 100 block of Eichelberger Street where a parked vehicle was egged overnight.

12:21 p.m. A disturbance reported in the 100 block of Pleasant Street involved a verbal dispute between two roommates.

10:05 p.m. Suspicious circumstances were reported in the 200 block of Broadway where a male loitering around a parked vehicle was not located.

10:27 p.m. Noah Heck, 21, of Hanover was arrested on an outstanding warrant following an incident in the 400 block of Poplar Street.

11:28 p.m. A domestic argument between a man and woman was reported in the 400 block of High Street.

11:48 p.m. A suspicious vehicle reported to be parked and occupied by several people in the first block of George Street was located and occupants were checked by police. Everything checked out OK.

Feb. 15

10:25 a.m. Assisted West Manheim Township Police with locating a red vehicle.

11:32 a.m. A suspicious white van reported following a teenage girl in the 700 block of West Middle Street checked out OK.

12:15 p.m. A neighbor dispute was reported in the 900 block of South Franklin Street.

1:23 p.m. No injuries or towing resulted from a two-vehicle accident in the 1000 block of Baltimore Street.

3:51 p.m. A disturbance was reported on Blue Spruce Drive where juveniles were warned for setting off foil cleaner bombs.

1:59 a.m. A disturbance caused by a loud party was reported in the 900 block of Baltimore Street.

7:40 a.m. Juveniles reported shooting BBs at lawn chairs on North Blettner Avenue were gone upon police arrival.

5:17 p.m. A 19-year-old male was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant in the 1000 block of Baltimore Street.

6:18 p.m. Retail theft was reported in the 1000 block of Baltimore Street.

7:30 p.m. Two males were warned about skateboarding on private property in the 5000 block of Grandview Road.

7:54 p.m. A 33-year-old male faces aggravated assault, terroristic threats and endangering welfare charges after he allegedly discharged a .44 magnum during a domestic dispute in the 3000 block of Grandview Road.

12:36 a.m. A domestic dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend was reported in the 800 block of York Street.

2:45 a.m. An attempted robbery was reported in the 1400 block of Baltimore Street.

3:24 a.m. Assisted West Manheim Township Police with a vehicle stop near Fuhrman Mill and Black Rock roads for a felony robbery investigation.

9:56 a.m. Assisted Southwestern Regional Police in the 600 block of Baer Avenue.

2:15 p.m. An attempted theft was reported in the 500 block of Baltimore Street.

6:47 p.m. A 14-year-old female faces harassment charges after she struck her 11-year-old sister during a domestic dispute in the 800 block of West Alvin Street.

7:26 p.m. A male faces harassment charges after he grabbed his girlfriend during a domestic dispute on Laurel Drive.

State Police/Gettysburg

Feb. 14

4:20 p.m. Christopher Lynn Miller, 32, of Gettysburg was arrested for simple assault, harassment and terroristic threats following a domestic dispute in the 1700 block of Shrivers Corner Road, Straban Township.

9:15 p.m. A 22-year-old Spring Grove female faces harassment charges after she allegedly punched a 27-year-old Spring Grove in the face during an argument in the 500 block of Bullet Way, Berwick Township.

Feb. 16

1:38 a.m. Shawn Palmer, 41, of Gettysburg, was injured when the 2003 BMW Mini Cooper he was driving struck a horse that was standing in the roadway on Route 97 north of Bollinger Road, Germany Township. Palmer was transported to Gettysburg Hospital by Littlestown ambulance.

2:05 a.m. Dominic Lacks, 19, of Littlestown was arrested for driving under the influence after he disobeyed fire police and attempted to drive though a crash scene at Route 97 and Bollinger Road, Germany Township. His 17-year-old male passenger was cited for underage drinking.

5 a.m. Criminal mischief was reported in the 300 block of Oak Drive, Franklin Township, where tires on a vehicle were punctured overnight.

7:14 p.m. A 26-year-old New Oxford woman faces charges after the 1992 Ford F150 she was driving struck a parked 1999 Chrysler Town and Country at East King Street and Country Club Road, Abbottstown.

Feb. 17

1:50 a.m. Alexander Morton, 25, of Front Royal, Va., was arrested for public drunkenness after causing a disturbance in the 7-Eleven Store, Chambersburg Street, Gettysburg.

Feb. 18

11:30 a.m. A hit-and-run accident is being investigated in the 100 block of Locust Street, East Berlin, where two vehicles were struck overnight by an unknown white vehicle. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 717-334-8111.

2:36 a.m. Engine 46-1 responded to Carlisle and Gail streets for debris removal from an accident; and 11:14 p.m. responded to a first alarm in the 300 block of Maple Avenue for a broken sprinkler pipe.

4 p.m. responded to an automatic fire alarm in the 300 block of Eisenhower Drive, false alarm; and 5:12 p.m. responded to an automatic fire alarm in the first block of Astoria Drive, Penn Township, false alarm.
