A York County woman who is the wife of the state budget secretary was sentenced to probation this morning for two retail theft cases in Cumberland County, according to The (Harrisburg) Patriot-News.

Georgina Zogby, of Fairview Township, received five years' probation for stealing from T.J. Maxx in January 2010 and for taking $955 in groceries in May 2010 from Wegmans, the Patriot-News is reporting.

Zogby, who is married to budget secretary Charles Zogby, pleaded guilty April 27 in York County court to DUI. The non-negotiated plea means Judge John S. Kennedy, who ordered a presentence investigation, will determine what Zogby's penalty will be. Click here to read that story.
