DILLSBURG- The Dillsburg Area Public Library, 17 S. Baltimore St., Dillsburg, will host a program titled "Ought it not be a Merry Christmas" at 2 p.m. Dec. 9.

The program features Myra Reichart at the Old Monaghan Church.

It is funded by a Civil War 150 grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities, the Library of America and the Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History.
