WINDSOR-- Improvements will be made this summer to West First Avenue in Windsor.

The Windsor Borough Council recently awarded a contract to Fitz & Smith in the amount of $72,884.

The borough received a grant from the state Department of Community and Economic Development to pay for the repair work.
