The annual event is sponsored by the college, York Hospital, York Police and others, and is open to all third-grade students on a first-come, first-served basis.
"This is open to all third-grade students in York County, but not all get to go. This year our district was chosen, and we are very pleased," school board member Jerri Groncki said.
"Students will learn about healthy living, exercising, how to take care of their bodies by making good choices, how to respond in emergency situations and other healthy topics that are very, very important in today's world," Groncki said.
The district will provide transportation for the students. There is no cost to attend the program.
