SOUTHERN-- The Southern School Board recently approved a contract with Austin Hartman to provide a workshop and concert as a professional violinist at $150 for two days.

In other action, the board approved the following instructors for the spring adult education program at a salary not to exceed $31 an hour: Greg Eckels, over-35 basketball, not to exceed 20 hours; and Cleo Roemele, tai chi chih, not to exceed 13 hours.
