NORTHERN MD.- Franklin eliminated Hereford, 38-22, in a Nov. 9 Class 3A North Region semifinal football game.

Quarterback Ryan Jones ran for a Hereford touchdown and had a 38-yard scoring strike to Luke Quidley.

Mike Swiger also ran in a touchdown for the Bulls (7-4).
