SHAWNEE, Okla.—A Pottawatomie County judge has ruled there is probable cause to bind over a former McLoud schoolteacher and an ex-Pennsylvania college professor for trial on pornography-related charges.

Special Judge Dawson Engle ruled Monday following a preliminary hearing for Kimberly Crain and Gary Doby.

Both were ordered to stand trial on 18 counts of sexual exploitation of a child under 12, one count of conspiracy to commit sexual exploitation and one count of lewd molestation. He additionally bound Crain over on 11 counts of possession of juvenile pornography.

Prosecutors allege Crain took photos of young girls while they were changing clothes in her classroom and at her home and then shared the images with Doby.

Neither Crain nor Doby commented as they were led out of the courthouse by sheriff's deputies.
