WEST YORK SCHOOLS- Each year, fifth-grade students from across Pennsylvania are encouraged to create an original work of art illustrating a drug-free message of their choice.

Twelve winners each represent a month of the 2013 calendar, and the grand prize winner's artwork is displayed on the calendar's cover.

July's page of the 2013 calendar will feature the artwork created by Reilly Dearolf, a fifth-grade student at Norman A. Trimmer Elementary School in West York Area School District.

The winners were chosen from more than 1,500 entries from schools throughout Pennsylvania based on the artists' creativity and ability to illustrate and convey a drug-free message.

During a ceremony, each of the winners was presented with certificates of achievement and a monetary prize.
