The York City School Board voted unanimously to reappoint Margie Orr as school board president at the board's reorganization meeting Monday night.

The board also unanimously chose Michael Miller as vice president. Both will serve until December 2013.

The board also adopted written procedures for handling charter school applications. Orr said after the meeting that the board had received a new application from Cynthia Dotson, who last year applied to start Championship Academy of Distinction. Her application for the health-and-fitness-focused charter school was rejected last year.
